Priefert Creep Feeder
Priefert's creep feeder is a great way of providing a continuous free flow of feed to small livestock such as calves. With the addition of our Calf Pass Panels, calves are allowed access through openings large enough for calves to fit through, but small enough to restrict access by cows. The feeder is constructed from galvanized steel and then powder coated to ensure that it has a long life, even in harsh conditions. Feed can be quickly and easily loaded into the Creep Feeder by sliding open the top of the feeder. The Calf Pass Panels can be adjusted to fit various calf sizes by raising or lowering the horizontal bar on the pass panel. The Calf Pass Panels are securely held in place with 5/8” locking pins.
Priefert 12' Premier Calf Pass Panel
Priefert’s Premier Calf Pass Panel is ideal for controlling feeder access. The 12’ long panel is designed to allow calves access to feeders, while restricting the access of cows. This panel can be adjusted to fit various calf sizes by raising or lowering the horizontal bar to change the height of the seven calf pass openings. Many producers choose to use this Calf Pass Panel with our standard Premier Panel to construct pens around bunk feeders to control access to the feed.
Priefert Bull Mineral Feeders
Priefert’s Heavy Duty Bull Mineral Feeder is constructed from weather resistant black poly. This durable ground feeder includes three mineral compartments to provide expensive mineral supplements protection from the elements. The self-closing rubber cover fits over the feeder to keep out rain, snow, and dirt. Designed to withstand rough pasture use from livestock, our Bull mineral feeder is available in our standard Heavy Duty model or with the addition of a fly control feature. The fly control feature allows you to load a reservoir on top of the feeder with insecticide that is then distributed to a felt liner inside the feeder cover. As cattle push their nose under the cover to reach the mineral, the insecticide is transferred to the animals head, providing fly control.

Priefert’s Weather Vane Feeder is ideal for pasture use with cattle. The molded plastic feed tub rotates with the wind to protect minerals from the weather. The durable tub has features 2 bins with a total feed capacity of 25-30 pounds. The tub is designed to tolerate extended exposure to harsh UV rays from the sun and to withstand freezing temperatures down to -40°F. The 53” wide steel base is designed to stand up to the wear and tear of pastured cattle.
